My kids don't eat fruit. Unless it comes disguised as smoothie or Popsicle. So make strawberry Popsicles about 3 times a week.
Ingredients:
- (frozen) strawberries
- juice
- sugar syrup
Toss it into your food processor and adjust quantity of juice accordingly.
Making sure I do it the right way:
Using a strainer to get these pesty seeds out. (Leaving them in, means nobody would eat it later.)
Fill it into the mold and pop it into your freezer.

very good idea actually. we can also change with another fruit that our children like. Good advice for moms that their kids don't like fruits. But sometimes people tend to believe that consume too much ice will not really good for the children. it will make them sick. What do u think?
It's only frozen fruit and juice. Beats no fruit, no?
It'd be different if it was real ice-cream with all the fat and sugar.
