maybe there is hope

...and missy doesn't develop an awful sleeping pattern. ever since we got back, we were pretty much fightin over sleep. i'd have to go in a few times (like 14 times yesterday between 10 and midnight, but who's counting?!)and calm her down again.
for some weird reason, she'd wake up and cry right away.
since we are not from the "let them cry, they need to learn"-fraction -because it is cruel!!!- it means i go in a lot.
after a bad start tonight, she has been quiet since about 2 hours, though.
maybe?!

our week of vacation at home is almost up. bummer. considering the amounts of laundry still to be done, it was a good week, though.
today we even went to the beach, enjoying the last few days of sun (as in not heat!) and testing the strollers ability to ride over sand.

we even manage to drop by a housewarming party for a few minutes and be in time for our online draft for the fantasy football.
and no, of course mine didn't go as planned, but does it ever?! the little ibook couldn't handle it, i think. and while i was restarting, the kid had a little meltdown. by the time i had everything under control (haha! like ever!), the draft was over.
i'm so busy handling the baby girl, that i can't even manage a little draft. veeery frustrating!!!

and my personal highlight of the day?
i got the laundry folded up and got the kitchen cleaned. woohoo!!!
(i almost feel depressed...)

  • I guess jet lag is mighty confusing if you're an infant.

Hope you get a few more sunny but heat-less days. I love sunny autumn days.

    Neat pictures! :)

    Have a plesant Sunday!
